George Uhl has been coordinating the financial needs of aerospace manufacturing companies for 34 years. For 25 of those years, he has been in a customer liaison position as a Relationship Manager with Community Bank. Founded in 1945, Community Bank is a privately-held, Southern California-based business bank with a culture steeped in manufacturing. George has assisted and supported many aerospace manufacturing companies in their growth. His depth of knowledge in the aerospace and defense arena provides clients with a trusted advisor who is aware of the challenges that A & D companies face. The primary products provided by Community Bank are working capital lines of credit, machinery financing, commercial real estate financing, Treasury Management Services, Foreign Exchange and International Trade Finance. As a preferred SBA lender, Community Banks assists customers with the financing of industrial real estate, leasehold improvements, machinery and acquisitions of companies.

Larry has more than 20 years’ experience delivering high quality assurance and advisory services for both public and private companies. He works with clients to improve their internal controls to comply with Section 404 of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX 404); and assists public companies with SEC reporting requirements, including financial statement disclosures and registration statements. In addition, he supports private companies and private equity groups with key financial reporting, internal control and governance matters.
Another primary focus for Larry is helping public companies implement SOX 404 across significant acquisitions, while supporting private companies and their owners in preparing for merger and acquisition opportunities. He also has extensive experience and expertise in manufacturing and distribution, online media, advertising, industrial and construction industries.
Larry is currently on the board of directors for the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG). He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA); California Society of CPAs, where he sits on the Finance Committee; and the steering committee for the Aerospace and Defense Forum.
Larry received his bachelor of science in finance from Ferris State University, and his master’s in professional accountancy from Walsh College in Troy, Michigan.
